My focus is on Buteyko breathwork. Through this method, you can learn to regulate your breathing and program the breathing center in your brain for healthy balance.

Buteyko Breathing Method includes many effective exercises to decongest the nose, switch to nasal breathing, and exercises to restore healthy breathing patterns, the results of which are monitored through testing. The exercises are simple. They can be learned by all adults - regardless of age and health condition - as well as all children from the age of five.
